Balance Autism, an innovative Autism organization, is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinical Supervisor to help children develop critical skills and gain independence. As a leader of our team, you will coordinate with family members and staff to develop, implement and evaluate personalized ABA programs for children with Autism.

This is an active, hands-on role. Its immensely challenging, yet deeply rewarding. Core Responsibilities:

Lead in assessing strengths and deficits in order to develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism.

Provide oversight and supervision to each childs program and a team of Behavior Technicians to ensure progress.

Collaborate, coordinate and train with families and allied professionals to give each child a comprehensive approach.


Requirements include a Master's Degree. In addition, you must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Only applicants with board certification in behavior analysis will be considered for this position; all others may apply for Behavior Technician positions.

Qualified candidates will also have minimum of 2-4 years experience:

Conducting behavioral and developmental assessments, preferably including VB-MAPP or ABLLS and FBAs.

Developing programming procedures and data collection systems for individual treatment plans.

Leading a team to provide intensive ABA skill-acquisition programs.
